Joining the program

You do not need to be a CapitalOS customer to recommend it.

Who can join?

Individuals, sole proprietors, businesses, creators, coaches, and community owners are welcome. You do not need a large audience or an existing CapitalOS subscription. Use the country check above before joining: you need a supported receiving PayPal account and must meet the requirements that apply to you in your country.

Do you accept international affiliates?

Yes. We welcome international affiliates wherever our PayPal payout method is supported. Use the country checker above before joining, and make sure your PayPal account meets the receiving requirements in your country.

Is joining free? Are there sales targets?

Joining is free. There is no subscription purchase, annual affiliate fee, deposit, minimum number of referrals, or sales quota. You earn commission when an eligible referred customer pays for their subscription.

Is my affiliate account separate from CapitalOS?

Yes. Rewardful hosts the CapitalOS affiliate portal, where you manage your referral link, commissions, payout history, and PayPal email. You can use it without a paid CapitalOS account. If you already use CapitalOS, open Refer & earn to get started, and use your existing affiliate account instead of creating a duplicate.

Lifetime commissions

No fixed end date. Earnings depend on eligible customer payments and an active affiliate account. Earning a commission and receiving a payout happen at different times.

Earnings continue

An attributed customer keeps making eligible payments and your Rewardful affiliate account stays active and eligible. No new referrals are required.

Future earnings stop

A customer stops paying, or you close your affiliate account. A disabled account also cannot earn new commissions, including on past referrals.

Payment can wait

The 30-day hold or a payout issue can delay payment. Valid commissions earned before account closure still need a final reconciliation.

What exactly does lifetime commission mean?

You earn 40% of each eligible subscription payment from a customer attributed to you for as long as that customer keeps paying and your CapitalOS affiliate account in Rewardful stays open, active, and in good standing. There is no automatic cutoff after 6, 12, or 24 months and no fixed number of eligible renewals. Lifetime describes the commission period for those customer payments; it does not guarantee a fixed income or payment when no eligible revenue is collected.

How does this work for monthly and annual subscriptions?

Commission follows the customer’s eligible payments. For example, €100 of eligible monthly revenue generates €40 in commission each time that payment is collected. An eligible annual payment of €1,200 generates €480 for that payment, rather than a new commission every month. These are illustrations, not plan prices or guaranteed earnings. Each commission has its own 30-day holding period, then enters the next eligible payout run on the 1st or 15th.

Does the 60-day tracking window limit recurring commissions?

No. The tracking window concerns the initial referral. Once an eligible customer is attributed to you, they do not need to keep clicking your link for each renewal. Recurring commissions can continue beyond that window while the customer keeps paying and your affiliate account remains active and eligible.

Do I have to keep promoting or stay subscribed to CapitalOS?

No. There is no minimum referral count or ongoing sales quota. Simply stopping promotion does not end recurring earnings from existing eligible customers. You also do not need to keep a paid CapitalOS subscription of your own. Your separate CapitalOS affiliate account in Rewardful must stay open, active, and eligible, with accurate account details. Stopping promotion and closing that affiliate account are different actions.

Do existing commissions continue after ordinary termination?

Yes. If either party ends the active affiliate relationship without a breach of the program’s rules, commissions on customers already attributed to you continue while those customers make eligible subscription payments and your Rewardful affiliate account stays open, active, and eligible. You do not need to keep promoting or make new referrals. CapitalOS will only disable your account and stop future commissions for a breach of the program’s rules, such as self-referrals, fraud, or abuse. Voluntarily closing or deleting your affiliate account still ends future commission earnings.

What happens when a referred customer cancels or stops paying?

You stop earning new commissions from that customer when eligible payments stop. Continued access during an already-paid subscription period does not create another commission. Trials, unpaid invoices, and failed payments do not generate earnings. Valid commissions from earlier payments can still be paid after cancellation, subject to the holding period, refunds, and chargebacks. Other eligible customers you referred can continue generating commissions.

What if a customer upgrades, downgrades, or returns later?

The amount earned follows eligible revenue actually collected, so plan changes and discounts can change the commission amount. If a customer resumes paying, future commission depends on their referral attribution still being valid, your affiliate account remaining eligible, and the new payment qualifying. Contact us if a returning customer’s payment appears to be missing; a new account or untracked payment is not automatically attributed to you.

Will payments continue if I close or delete my Rewardful account?

Closing or deleting your CapitalOS affiliate account in Rewardful ends future commission earnings, including renewals from customers you already referred. Keeping only your PayPal account open is not enough. A final payout for valid commissions earned before closure may still be due. Contact us before closing or deleting the affiliate account so we can preserve the necessary records and reconcile your outstanding balance.

What happens if my affiliate account is disabled or I am banned?

CapitalOS will only disable your affiliate account for a breach of the program’s rules, such as self-referrals, fraud, or abuse. A disabled Rewardful account cannot earn new commissions, including on existing-customer renewals, while it is disabled. Self-referrals result in a ban from further participation. Valid commissions earned before disabling remain payable after the normal holding period and payment adjustments; invalid or fraudulent commissions are not payable. Contact support if you believe your account was disabled in error.

Do I lose commissions already earned when my account closes?

Closing the account does not automatically erase valid commissions earned beforehand, including commissions still completing the 30-day holding period. We reconcile those amounts and arrange any final eligible payout once the normal requirements are met. Refunds, chargebacks, invalid referrals, and previous payments affect the final balance. Future customer payments after closure do not generate new commissions for you.

Does a PayPal problem end my lifetime commissions?

A temporary PayPal receiving problem can delay payment without erasing valid commissions already earned. Keep your Rewardful affiliate account active and contact us to correct the payout details or resolve the receiving issue. Eligible customer payments can continue generating commissions while your affiliate account remains eligible. Funds can only be sent successfully once the payout requirements are met.

Will reopening an account restore missed commissions?

Do not assume so. Contact us before closing an account or relying on earnings after reactivation. We need to review the original referral records, account status, and any valid unpaid commissions. Reopening an account does not promise automatic restoration of old referrals or commissions for payments made while it was closed or disabled.

Getting paid

PayPal payouts, twice a month, after commissions become eligible.

How and when do you pay commissions?

We process affiliate payouts through PayPal on the 1st and 15th of each month. Each commission must first complete its 30-day holding period and remain eligible. Commissions that become eligible after a payout batch is processed are included in the next payout run. These are processing dates; PayPal may take additional time to make funds available.

How does the 30-day holding period work?

The holding period starts when an eligible customer payment generates a commission, not when you join or share your link. Each renewal has its own holding period. This gives time for refunds and payment adjustments. Once the period has passed, the eligible commission can be included in the next payout run.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

We do not set a minimum accumulated commission balance for payouts. Your commissions still need to complete the holding period, remain eligible, and be payable to the PayPal email saved in your affiliate account.

Can I use a different PayPal email from my login email?

Yes. In the affiliate portal, open your name → Program Settings and update the PayPal email field. Use an email linked to the PayPal account where you want to receive commissions. Enter your current Rewardful password when prompted and select Save changes. Keep these details up to date before the next payout run.

Do I need to request a withdrawal in Rewardful?

No. CapitalOS processes eligible commissions on the payout schedule. Rewardful is where you track commissions and payouts; the money is sent to your PayPal account. Once it arrives, manage or withdraw the funds through PayPal using the options available for your account.

What if my payout does not arrive?

Check the Commissions and Payouts tabs in your affiliate portal, then check your saved PayPal email and any account verification or payment notices in PayPal. Pending commissions may still be in the holding period. If an expected payout is missing or a payment cannot be received, contact support@capitalos.io so we can investigate. PayPal currency conversion, fees, and receiving restrictions may depend on your account.

Commissions & referrals

Understand what earns commission and how your link is tracked.

What does the 40% commission apply to?

You earn 40% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected from your referred customer for as long as they remain a paying subscriber and your CapitalOS affiliate account in Rewardful remains open, active, and in good standing. There is no fixed commission duration. Discounts reduce the commission base. VAT, refunds, and chargebacks are excluded. A click, signup, or free trial alone does not earn commission.

How are referrals attributed if several affiliates share a link?

Our current program uses first-touch attribution with a 60-day cookie window. The first eligible affiliate link tracked for a visitor receives credit; a later click on another affiliate’s link does not replace it within that window. A referral is not split between affiliates. Tracking depends on the visitor’s browser and consent settings, so use your referral link and contact us if an expected referral is missing.

Does the customer’s billing method matter?

Commission depends on eligible subscription payments recorded in the affiliate program. If a customer pays for CapitalOS through Shopify billing, contact us before relying on commission for that referral: that billing route is not yet confirmed as supported. This does not prevent a Shopify-billed CapitalOS user from joining as an affiliate.

Can I earn commission on my own subscription?

No. Referrals must be other paying customers. Using your own referral link to claim commission on your own subscription is prohibited and will result in a ban from further participation in the CapitalOS affiliate program. Affiliate earnings are paid separately through PayPal; they are not automatically deducted from your own CapitalOS subscription bill.
