Collaboration and Access
Coordinate organization work with suppliers, feature requests, notifications, alerts, and approved AI tools.
CapitalOS gives organization teams several ways to coordinate work beyond an individual module. These tools keep external collaboration controlled, product feedback visible, important activity discoverable, and AI access tied to the same organization permissions as the application.
Work with connected suppliers
Organization administrators can review connection requests, manage active supplier relationships, share selected spreadsheets and documents, and involve connected suppliers in quotation work. The organization remains responsible for deciding what is shared and for reviewing submitted quotation information.
Improve CapitalOS together
Feature Requests is the shared product-feedback area. Team members can search and filter ideas, submit a request, vote on urgency, discuss proposals, and follow the request from submission through review and delivery.
Stay informed
The notification center collects activity from supported modules and separates unread from completed items. Organization alert settings and Slack channel configuration provide additional ways to route operational updates.
Connect approved AI clients
Eligible organization owners and administrators can create personal MCP API keys for supported AI clients. Each key belongs to the account that created it, is shown once, and continues to respect that user’s organization and module access.
