Help Center
Find the right CapitalOS documentation, prepare useful support context, and distinguish help needs from product ideas.
The CapitalOS knowledge bank is organized around the work an organization user performs: getting started, moving products through the core workflow, operating the business, collaborating with others, connecting external services, and managing account or organization settings.
Find the right starting point
Start with Getting Started if CapitalOS is new to you. Use Product Workflow for the complete Research-to-Returns lifecycle. Open a module page when you need its purpose, main concepts, prerequisites, typical workflow, and planned task guides.
Search by the name shown in the CapitalOS navigation, the action you want to perform, or the record involved. Related-documentation links at the end of each module page connect workflows that cross module boundaries.
Prepare a useful support request
When documentation does not resolve the issue, record the active organization, module, page, approximate time, expected result, and what actually happened. Include safe screenshots or error text when useful, but remove customer data, credentials, API keys, and other secrets.
For synchronization problems, also identify the connected service and whether the problem affects all records or only selected records. For access problems, describe the user’s organization role and affected module without sharing authentication details.
Separate support from product feedback
Use support for an immediate account, access, data, integration, or workflow problem. Use Feature Requests when the current product works as designed but a new or improved capability would make the workflow better.
Before submitting a feature request, search the existing list. Voting and adding new evidence to a related request makes the need easier to evaluate and follow.
Documentation scope
This first knowledge-bank foundation is written for CapitalOS organization users. It explains the current module structure and provides a reliable map for progressively adding detailed step-by-step guides, troubleshooting articles, screenshots, and role-specific instructions.
