Operations Modules

Work with the product catalog, orders, communication, finance, custom spreadsheets, and data imports.

The operations modules turn product decisions into a day-to-day operating system. They organize the shared product catalog, customer orders, support communication, financial performance, flexible team data, and controlled workbook imports.

Products

Products is the central SKU catalog and product-intelligence surface. It combines lifecycle, variation, performance, and returns context and provides both dashboard and Kanban views.

Orders

Orders lists synchronized customer orders and opens a detailed view with line items, payments, returns, tickets, and a timeline. Search and pagination help teams locate individual transactions.

Communications

Communications provides the organization inbox and ticket workspace. Teams can work with threads, replies, assignments, notes, labels, folders, templates, attachments, SLA context, and linked returns activity.

Finance

Finance combines financial analytics, date-range reporting, targets, operational costs, channel health, data-gap warnings, and finance spreadsheet views.

Spreadsheets

Spreadsheets lets an organization create custom tables with configurable columns, linked CapitalOS records, formulas, saved views, templates, pins, and shareable layouts.

Imports

Imports validates supported workbook data before writing it into Research, the SKU registry, Quotation, Testing, or Returns. It exposes readiness problems, sheet selection, preview edits, matching, and results.

Each operations module is scoped to the active organization and its permissions. Start with Products, Orders, Communications, Finance, Spreadsheets, or Imports.
